Our Meetings

ACGS meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except July, November, and December) from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Augusta County Library located at 1759 Jefferson Highway (Route 250) in Fishersville, Virginia. In July we have a picnic/social and in November we have a holiday luncheon. There is no scheduled meeting in December.

The Annual Membership meeting (with election of officers) is held each October. Additional workshops include a three-day Beginner’s Genealogy Workshop (on three consecutive Saturday mornings) each March and several Saturday morning Roundtable Discussions are offered throughout the year.
